I think admin doesn't want to mail anything out, I think they just want you to PM them and tell them what you plan to do. After the raffle, the winner of your prize will contact you and you can make arrangements with the vendor to give her the certificate. Lol, if she's like me, she'll order something right away, and won't even need a real paper gift certificate.
