Omg Lexy has bloody stools!

We are going to the vet at 1:30! Lexy has very bright red bloody stools! Sorry to be gross but I'm scared! She isn't acting sick at all, but she is so tiny I'm afraid this is serious! Does anyone know anything about these symptoms?????/
