Huey got to try out his new car seat this morning. He did have a basket-style, but he wore it out. I bought this one because it seemed sturdier. Huey was a little leery at first because it is so much shallower than his old basket, but he seemed to adapt quickly. He isnt quite used to being tethered to the seat, but because it IS so much shallower, I felt that was prudent. I will say I'm glad I didn't get the small and got the medium instead. Huey weighs 7 1/2 lbs and he would have been cramped in a smaller seat.
