Do you use conditioner on her after shampooing? I noticed a HUGE difference in Blazer's coat when I started to use conditioner on him. I still keep his body hair on the shorter side and his head and face hair longer- but that is mostly because he is always out in the snow and when his hair was longer the snow would tangle in clumps. So he has short hair and sweaters. =)
