As an employer, we were paying 6.2%, even though the employees were only paying 4.2%. It cost me extra money just to have employees, who then complain about taxes, long hours and the fact that they didn't get as big of a Christmas bonus this year as last.... I think they should just be grateful they have a job. My phone rings at least 4 times a day with someone asking if we are hiring.
