You need to keep her hydrated! At seven weeks old, she will need frequent small meals throughout the day. You can give her pedialyte instead of water. Maybe you can wet her food, so she will still be getting some hydration in with it. Please be very careful! 7 weeks is REALLY young. A puppy can die from dehydration and may be prone to hypoglycemia. Keep some Nutrical handy or Karo syrup. Syringe water into her mouth if you have to.

I would bring her to the vet if she stays constipated.
