Oh no! You lost a momma just three weeks ago, and have another momma that have to have a c-section 2 weeks ago, with a pup that isn't doing too well? You and your pups have really been through the wringer. Hugs. I am not a breeder, so I have no advice, I just hope someone experienced can give you some good advice to try and salvage what you can of your situation.
Situations like this are largely why I would never want to be a breeder, it would devastate me.
