How big is it? It's fairly normal in toy breeds, but if it's bigger than the size of a pencil eraser at 12 weeks you need to take special precautions. Of course, be careful that nothing is dropped on her head. I think you’d want to always do that, but I guess even a light weight object could kill her. You might even want to limit her playing with other dogs, if after 6 months it's still open, please make sure you neuter her.
