I'm sorry that you're having so many potty issues still. =(
Blazer is 7 months now and has been fully potty trained, IMO, for almost two months. At least, it's been at least that long since he has had any sort of accident in the house. I'm just starting to trust him when I leave the house and so far so good with that, too. Blazer has been great about going to the door when he needs to go out and when I decorated for Christmas and had bells hanging on the door he started dinging those to go out. Actually, he makes sure to alert me when my big dog needs to go out, too. Any excuse to get outside, I guess!
I think it has been easier for me than for some because I am a stay at home mom. I'm ALWAYS here. I also, have been with Blazer for all but 4 days of his entire life. I started working on potty training with him the day I brought him home. Persistance and consistancy and keys for us. Oh, and I'm stern with him. I praise him when he does well and I reprimand him when he is bad- that goes for everything, not just potty training. I tried ignoring the bad but that didn't work for us so now he gets to hear "NO!" "BAD!" "DROP!" "LEAVE IT!" when neccessary.
