I'm always looking for new recipes to try out when I came across this one for soup. The picture looked sooo good, I just had to try it. This one is definitely going in my "keeper" file.
We had some leftover chicken from the grill so I used that, it had more flavor than using some simmer breast meat. I used the vacuum sealed moist gnocchi, not the dried. I also didn't use all the h&h, I only used 1 pint, that was plenty for me. I served it with some shredded Parmesan cheese on the top.....loved it......
