  Well, don't you think it's not just about what we individually might think are unfair laws or rules - and those maybe should be confronted openly to send a message - it seems to be about whether the individual thinks they should be able to flout a law or rule they don't like anytime while others are having to follow them in respect of our system and also about paying your fair share vs. trying to sneak and get by free when others pay up.  If we all just lived by the particular laws/rules we like and practice individual anarchy at will, we wouldn't have a very successful economy or country.  Only speaking up and not cheating can help change things we don't like about anything.
