Wow, it's looking great. Can't wait to see it when it's completed. Your kitchen layout is almost exactly like mine. The only thing different in mine is the cabinet section on the left side of your sink in my kitchen is on the right. Everything else is in the very same place, even the window above my sink, appliances, and the diagonal island.
Maybe I should hire your brother to do a little updating in my kitchen when he's done with yours.
