Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
My male is smaller than my female, both grandfathers were smaller than the bitches they were bred to as well. Allie ended up pregnant with one puppy that was too big, he got stuck in the birth canal and I rushed her to the ER (I didn't even let het push as long as all the books and videos suggested) and the puppy didn't make it. I could have lost my girl as well.
I honestly would emergency spay her. There's too many what ifs and unknowns and you would truly hate yourself if you lost your girl.
