what I plan on doing is making a longer harness vest and sewing some beaded fringe on the bottom and then sewing a ribbon, or maybe a sequined band between the vest and the beaded fringe to make it look like a dropped waist. I will then add a rosette to the side of the ribbon. I will sew a few rows of pearls on the bodice in the shape of a necklace. The bodice will probably be a shiny satin depending on what color beaded fringe I can find. I might add a little boa material as well because I would like to add that to the back of a bow to make a little head piece. Unfortunately I have to make two because my sister will be going with me and bringing her yorkie Lucy. I will be at my family's home several days before the event so I will make her do the hand sewing of the pearls
