Do you have a side view pic of him? I see Silky traits to him, but I also think that if his hair on his ears were trimmed and I think the camera angle might be making his snout look longer than what it actually is.
If you have a side view, could you post that pic, too? With the things I mentioned considered, I would probably say Yorkie.
