I encountered this many, many years ago......Vit.K therapy, charcoal to absorb poison, seems I remember something about Protamine Sulfate injections to reverse the clotting cascade....second opinion needed ASAP! I think this is an emergent thing....once the hemorrhaging starts internally, it is really an entirely different game.....
