Well, a dog has to be potty trained just like a "kid." They need shots just like children do. They have to be bathed and fed....just like a child. So I suppose these people think that the puppy is going to do all that for it's self?
Odds are they bought it at a pet store. I'm sure the puppy mills had plenty this Christmas season. |
