The breeder I purchased Jasmine from works for the same school I do. She was telling yesterday that a lady near us was out in the yard with her Yorkie letting it potty and someone stopped their car, ran into her yard, grabbed her Yorkie and took off. Can you imagine that poor womans grief.
She livesabout 3 miles from me on the same highway that I live on, but she lives really close to the highway and my house is way back. You can just barely see the top of my house from the highway. It is still scary.
