Taylor, I love your passion for yorkies and for quality breeding - I don't think you should ever stop educating about this, bc your passion will make a difference in the world -- even if/when it doesn't feel like it and you get discouraged about making a difference.
That said, I would agree with you that you may have gotten a little rough on this thread...and that this probably caused much of your message to be lost (geez, this happens to *all* of us, ya know?). When you said above "it burns me the wrong way"...I couldn't help but wonder/realize that's probably how Courtneypage felt too by the interaction. She may have responded better to the info had it been delivered/tweaked a bit differently. Who knows?

Courtney - I doubt anyone here thinks you're 'stupid'; if they do, they aren't people who would be meaningful to the discussion. People here really do care about yorkies and animals, there is so much passion here - and sometimes when we're passionate here, our typed words might be interpreted in ways we didn't mean. It's clear that you care...if you didn't care, I doubt you'd have come here to ask questions. Please understand that YT has been a forum for 8 years now, and during that 8 years we've seen horrible, tragic things happen as a result of indiscriminate breeding. The advice given here is almost always given from a place of good intention for both the dog and the owner. If you stick around and maintain an open mind, I guarantee you'll learn some worthy information.
