It is awesome you are going to be taking one a rescue. You need to make sure you can be with this puppy pretty much all the time until it gets older in case it get hypoglycemia. Also food is very important if you cannot get the puppy to eat you will have to force feed and I am sure you vet can show you how. I will be keep you and this little pup in my prayers.
