Hi! Don't let him bite. Firmly tell him no and give him something else to chew on. My little Maggie likes to play bite but every time she does it we tell her no. If she keeps it up we stop playing with her and walk away. We also stop her from biting her brother Bogey when she starts getting too rough. They don't know any better and just need to be taught. It's worse the earlier they leave their mom and siblings. That's why everyone on here is so adamant about not bringing them home until 12 weeks.
I'm not sure about the tear stains. I've heard it can be from allergies. Hopefully someone else can help you on that one.
