Reputable breeders don't let pups go to their new homes until they are 12wks and at least 2lbs.

I was shown tons of papers on both parents when I went to see him for the first time but, in all honesty I didn't know what I was looking at or what to look for. Sebi did have all of his shots and had seen the vet a few times before I brought him home..I did get to keep all that info. The 12 week rule is something I've learned since joining and I will deff keep in mind should I ever consider getting another. Thanks for your insight
