Yeah, I agree, you can get your money back, I would not get another dog from a breeder like that. A breeder who sells that young is not interested in the what's best for the pup, and they can go downhill so fast. Have you checked the YTCA website, they are the mother club and they have some excellant breeders. Lot of members live in Fl.
