Goes without saying that we don't give our babies any medicines without vet checking first for appropriateness and amounts to give, if at all, but that Famotidine and Simethicone really seem to help Tibbe deal with his bouts in more comfort. In his case, the belching seems to coat his throat, windpipe in gastric acid and then the irritation seems to start the RS from there. He doesn't RS unless he's got a tummy upset. It is so bad for both of us when Tibbe is not feeling well from his IBS. I suffer in my own way right with him!
