I'm very sorry for your loss of your little one. Young, tiny dogs do go downhill so fast when ill, etc., probably very early vet care is the only way to be sure that your little one is getting the best care when they are losing fluids, etc., and if that vet's advice doesn't seem right to you, perhaps consider another ER vet clinic across town. But for now, just grieve and remember your baby. Having a baby dog in the home for even a day really impacts you and you can't help falling in total love and bonding. Just cherish her memory and take your time to grieve her great loss.
