Mylee is a little late to the call, but getting her to stop and focus on a poem is a challenge in itself. I hope she didn't divulge too much info and scare everyone off. Mylee’s my name, I am the only one Some call me trouble, I call me fun. I get on the table and into things I love to make the potty bells ring. When I go out in the yard to play I forget the meaning when mommy says stay. Don’t leave your clothes out on the floor ‘Cause I’ll drag them out and shred them more. As insecure as I may be I just don’t like it when mommy leaves. I growl and bark and even bite Her leaving me home just. ain’t. right! Mommy buys me squeaky toys I forget with them I must’t destroy. I bark at noises and even whine But love to snuggle into my cloud-9. As bad a girl some may see There is a softer side in me. A good girl within I try to hide But within rules it’s hard to abide. I’m friendly to everyone and know no stranger Even though mommy says that could spell danger. I love to greet folks at the door And lick their face and hands galore. I’m a fun loving girl who is not picky Clothes are ok, or they can be prickly. Bows are alright, but they get in the way I’d much rather say let’s play in the hay. Mommy says my age is right For a boy to take me for the night. So what do you say, would you like to go To the Snowflake ball and play in the snow? We can dance on tables or even under We can spike the punch and watch others blunder. The temperatures there can be rather cold So a boy would be nice who knows how to hold. To the one for me my heart is calling To the one for me the love flakes are falling. I have a teddy I take to bed If you’ll be my Valentine I’ll take you instead. Love, Mylee
