I agree with you on some points here, but I also KNOW that you have a wealth of knowledge and would be able to decipher whether the vet was "right or wrong", I KNOW the care of your pup would be to the enth degree....however; this OP clearly did not have the where with all, nor the backing of a good breeder to help her and its not her fault, it is the fault of the breeder that sent her home with a too TINY pup at too early an age with an owner with little or no experience, then when owner turned to her was completely misled, because a reputable breeder would know the dire circumstances as described....I don't know exactly what happened at the vet, what I am able to tell is there is a very tragic set of circumstances for owner and pup, that in my opinion should not have happened this way.
