Yes it is. I have one that is due the same as yours and she is doing the same, up and down. My experience is they will do this then go sorta up then down and then puppies
I too am a nervous wreck and I have been thru this so many times I can't count. Every time and every dog is a little different though so just keep her on your mind and like mine which is set up here in my office right under my eye. Good luck and I am praying they will both be fine.
