I think you should wait the extra weeks.

I got Zoë at 16 weeks. Potty training was a breeze and she plays great with my 2 other dogs.

My daughter got Chester at 11 weeks, we are still working on potty training months later. He will play with Zoë but pretty much stays away from my other 2.

Could also be a personality thing???
