Does he reverse sneeze or act like he is going to during his bouts? I think the vet said it is reflux causing the pharyngeal irritation that can trigger the RS. Tibbe usally doesn't fully reverse sneeze just acts like he's starting to and doesn't except he did just while ago for one or two seconds. The gas and loud sounding tummy and RS all seem to go together. I give him the Famotidine that usually helps with the RS. Thing is he usually eats almost normally through these bouts. I felt and heard a real rumble in his little tummy just now and he jumped at the same time, almost as if he were going off the couch. So that gas is painful. I gave him a dose of his Simethicone for that just now. Poor little guy.
