10 weeks is a bit early, 12 weeks is best, but I know some breeders just want to get those pups out the door as fast as they can. from 10-12 weeks, mama dog teaches the pups puppy etiquette and puppy maners, also very important is bite inhibition, so is critical that mama gets a chance of teach puppy all that..
