I ban Teri for banning incorrectly.

See? How do YOU like it when the banner below you is not specific? Huh? Huh? HUH????

Since I am a responsible banner, I will explain: Teri -- as is often the case -- banned the WRONG PERSON. The premiere rule of the banning thread is in its title -- BAN THE PERSON ABOVE YOU! And you failed to do so and must now suffer the consequences.
