Does anyone else's Yorkie have this issue? After going to the doctor many many many times to test for parasites, pancreatis, and worms every test has come back negative so the doctor and I have come to the conclusion that he has IBS.

I really want to switch his food but I am so afraid of another flare up. He has been doing so good for so long now. If you have a Yorkie with IBS what do you feed him? Also what treats do you feed? I only give Strudel his food for treats (which he actually likes) again because I am afraid to upset his tummy. I feel like he is missing out

My late Molly had this as well as other medical problems, we had her on the Hill's Science Diet RX Food I/D and she did wonderful on it. That was all she got, she could however tolerate Cherrios as treats.
