Wow,, that is so sad, and wrong! First I thought maybe it was alot of the vets dumping the ones they put to sleep,, or maybe a pound dumping the ones they put down, but then it said,, they had collars, so now I'm still wondering?? Who who would do that, to get that many dogs?? GOD that pisses me off... Does sound like someone doing tests on them.
Keep us posted on what they do find out.. Please.
