I'm so glad you reported the breeder. Please, don't stop reporting! Do it to save Sophie. If I were in your state, I'd call and report her too! It sounds like she isn't doing the right thing for her pups. And for you to try and help out by taking Sophie to get care for her... that's awesome! Keep trying to get the pups some help. If 1 was in that condition, there has to be more! Thanks for doing all you've done already!
