Never mind about the getting a Yorkie thing...with all due respect I think your priority here should be reporting this person to local animal authorities, dog warden SPCA....as an animal lover and someone who should be concerned with their welfare, I think you have a responsibility to report this. IMHO. OK I see where you did!! Please make sure you follow through and see that this is dealt with.
