Sounds like your puppy is fine to me. I wouldn't take him to the vet unless you see a problem (which you probably won't). Perhaps this time you can save your money and buy your dog some bows and clothes.

My pup did the same thing and scared me to death. But he survived and has gone on to do a hundred other things that scare me.

They are just like little children!!!
