I got Sadie as an adult, and she was 2 1/2 years old.

She really did not eat any of the food the breeder sent home with her. It was hard kibbles.

So, I got her some soft canned food and she ate it like crazy.
In fact, she ate so much canned food that she got a little hefty, so now she is back to her normal weight after putting her on diet food.

I think she was just really homesick as she left her Mom and babies.

Maybe this is your pups problem. Let's hope so.

I know it can be scary because I had not had a dog for many years, so I was nervous to say the least.
