Sometimes it takes longer than a month..especially when the older dogs aren't used to so much "action". They don't understand that he's playing...he's probably just annoying to them right now lol. As he grows up and they all get used to each other, it will get better. Hang in there.
Also, I highly recommend getting the 3 yr old spayed asap...you have a boy in the home now.
