Try not to get super worried. Pain meds can make tummies feel sick, that's pretty common...and on top of that the antibios could be bothering her tummy.
Did she eat yet this morning? It wouldn't be a bad idea to give her some little pieces of white bread or of cracker...that can settle the tummy and absorb some of the nauseous juices that develop in the tummy when it occurs.
