I just had a total hysterectomy in Sept. I have hot flashes mostly at night but what I really dont like is whe it interferes with my YT time. I have to go outside , cool down, and then come back. I't irritating. Don't want to take hormones because it seems to be my only menopause sympton for now.Can anyone else relate?
