My Murphy is terrible!

I sat on the sofa with a piece of toast (the first night I had Murphy). He jumped (climbed) on the sofa (at 8 weeks) ran over, jumped in my lap, jumped up and took my toast and was off before I even knew what had happened. To my knowledge, this was the first time he had ever even seen people food.

Now at 5 months, he's just as bad. I feed him and my other dog at the same time. He runs over and grabs the other dogs food (or treat), gobbles it up, and then runs back and eats his own before we know what has happened.

I have begun putting him in the laundry room while my other dog eats ---just so my other dog won't starve todeath.

He sits and barks at me when I'm at the table. I totally ignore him. Does this help? No!

I think the end result is that little Murphy is just going to have to spend more time in the laundry room so that the rest of us can get a bite to eat once in a while.
