Oh yeah, doorbell (real or tv) = Loony Lexie!

Of course whenever DH walks in the room, she has a barking fit. But I think that possessiveness, not guarding.

Once there were 6 bull elk in my yard and she went nuts charging them within 10 yards. Not nearly close enough to be in danger. Too much attitude!
