Wonderful story and I hope you can really get satisfaction from them. They say one thing and then don't do it as they know people so dread the long hours to call back and try for the umteenth time to straighten out the situation. I pray you get some justice from AT&T. I have spent long hours on the phone with those nuts trying to get accounts straight to the point of hitting the phone on the wall out of frustration. At our medical office, the poor Office Manager or I were ALWAYS on the phone with those creatures at AT&T, trying to work out billing errors! I can't wait to drop my landline with them and then my internet service!
