Ruby is the same...doorbell on tv..dogs cats on tv...a couple yips to say im protecting you...She also protects me from ghosts...on more then one occasion she has growled and "charged" after something under my dresser...gets scared runs out backwards and starts all over again...I watch her do this sometimes for 10-15 minutes and I never see a thing...I know I have no mice...cats would take care of them if I did...im really not sure what she sees! But she thinks she is going after something until she whimps out!!
