omg. i was 12 years og age. my dad (may he rest in peace) was having our gsd professionally handled & he said vicki why dont you look at the bedlington terriers or cairns,you should have your own breed. well, i started roaming, hotdog in hand(lol)and my breath was taken away. i saw yorkies being groomed, and watched them in the ring. i then went back to the grooming area, beched show then & met betty dullinger who turned out to be a great mentor, & then met nancy & heddy orringer who sold me my 1st baby a few months later. my folks tried to steer me to ske terriers or the other 2 breeds i mentioned. well,i was smitten & my love affair with yorkies began!!!!
