Yes, as Maximo says, we made a decision long ago to store our own images on our server, even though it takes up a huge amount of space, especially now with over 370,000 images. We have seen many forums over time with threads with invalid pictures when the IMG tag is used because web sites go down, the links change, or some other reason. We have always believed it is more beneficial for our members and our community to always have that picture available (even though it may cause a bit more hassle). Members are still free to link to images hosted elsewhere in posts and threads.
