Milk of magnesia
Corn starch
3% hydrogen peroxide
mix into a paste and apply overnight whipe off in morning, it may take several treatments. (Recipe from the Beers).
hydrogen peroxide can burn in the eye so be careful.

Also please ensure your dog does not have a yeast or bacterial infection prior to this home remedy.
Fir yeast I reccomend dog safe yogurt in diet and raw cold pressed coconut oil topically.
For bacterial infection antibiotics from vet, and coconut oil topically.

Then use the above recipe.

As for diet, try grain free foods with no allergens, also stainless steel bowls-we use a water bottle for the dogs here not a bowl due to bacterial and yeast issues caused by wet beards from water bowl drinking
