Do you have a computer with Windows system? If so, go to the Paint accessory and open up the picture. Then, you can click on Image - Resize. Just take the pic down to 85% length and height and save. That is usually the safe bet on my resizing anyway. Another way is to upload the pic to photobucket and edit it there - resizing it. It's pretty easy (point and click).
