She may be teething (probably is) and if so, the cartilage goes soft in the ears as the calcium is used for tooth development. Also, you can try a couple of things:

1. Use a trimmer (I have a Wahls mustache trimmer from Wal Mart) to trim the upper 1/3 of the ears to make them easier for the dog to hold up. Just be careful not to hurt the ears.

2. Use masking tape strips between the ears for a day or two to keep them up, but be careful when taking it off.
